Best way to get access to the oil pressure sender
I just had a thought..... When I changed the o-ring the first time I left the drivers side bolt that holds the coil-pack bracket onto the cam cover out for some reason, I think it was something to do with the fitting that stops the CAS adjustment bolt from turning, because that is also on my coffee table with one of the bolts. Does the hole for that bolt go right through the cam cover? Maybe the oil leak is coming out of that hole. I think I'll go brave the mozzies outside and put it back in

Best way to get access to the oil pressure sender
Hi all,
For those who have done the oil pressure sensor mod, must you have an adaptor to the VDO part, as seen here?
(that brass adaptor at the bottom of the sensor on the right)
I've been reading up on it and it says you'll need the adaptor for clearance purposes.
I don't think my sensor came with one (its still in freight from melbourne).
here's another link to it:

Cheers
as an aside, can someone confirm the position of the needle:
"With the engine warm and idling, the needle is just left of the first tick, under normal driving conditions, the needle is almost exactly where it used to be with the switch sender."
Many thanks for your help.
