At that weight its probably aluminum, aluminum flywheels are usually more noizy than stock (shaved down) or chromomoly.

No, definantly steel, all one piece including ring gear, XTD brand and SFI approved to 12000RPM.

1.8L IS 8.7KG
I've just changed mine for a FM : 08-26500 13.45 lbs (6.3kg) $295.00us
and a ACT clutch. Get an all steel one.
Very happy with the clutch. :D
