yes i'm aware of that and it's actually what got me thinking about this... i was thinking that you cold plumb that another small radiator after the heater somewhere. it shouldn't be too hard to plumb in, as you will be using exisint pipes and just adding a little bit of extra stuff between them. BUT, does al the coolant actually go thru the heater?

but then where do you put the thing...

JUFFA -

my intercooler is the AVO one, it's bigger than the one i sold to you, the size is about halfway between what you have now, and your previous one.

i was also thinking of downsizing to a smaller intercooler, and adding water injection that only kicks in at higher boost levels.

that scooper thing looks pretty cool too.

I realy dont understand cars getting hot in most conditions?
I've run miata bart's turbo up the hillclimb at bulladelah quite a few times with no major heating issues.

Admittedly it got warmer than usual, but we are talking about pushing the thing so hard the turbo and manifold were still glowing 5 minutes after finishing the hill climb and letting it sit to idle/cool. I'd imagine that's a fairly hot bit of driving, and the car did lots of full on mountain work and again saw no over heat problems. I think keeping the plastic fairing under the car and a little ductong works a treat.
When results speak for themselves - don't interrupt.
