It's just an electric motor to turn the damping knob for you.

You then mount this module in the cabin and you can play with the damper settings as you drive (you can adjust each axle separately).

Rather like the Konis, there isn't a huge difference between full soft and full hard so it is a bit gimmicky, except for the track where the adjustments are a bit more dramatic and you can fiddle with it to your hearts content while you're piling around the bends
