Both my NA6 and NA8 read 105 at a true 100,pretty standard I think.

I changed from a 4:1 to 3:9 diff and my speedo is now spot on according to my GPS.

Yes. :D

Call a forum sponsor and see if they have any in stock. I got my speedo sender from MX5 Plus - it was included when I bought a 3.9 Torsen Type 2 from them. I changed from a 3.66 open - the speedo is now bang on, whereas before it was optimistic (105 on the speedo=100 actual).
