Not sure about the HKS kit but most turbos have the hot side at the back of the engine bay for obvious reasons, so you'd have to route the intake to the front in a U shape.

The HKS kit comes with a pod filter that points at and pretty much fits hard up against the wiper motor. The AFM sits about where the washer bottle sits and the turbo inlet pipe goes where your alarm is. The turbo sits where your air filter is now. You could probably get another turbo inlet pipe fabricated to align the filter with the hole in the firewall. The biggest PITA though is the flaper AFM. It's so big and awkward. If you got another ECU you could ditch the AFM and organise your turbo inlet any way you liked.

*edit* Thinking about it a bit more I think the dump pipe would stop you reusing the hole in the firewall.
