NA8 Flywheel

Postby pdsman53 » Mon Mar 05, 2018 11:26 am

I have a bog standard 1.8 BP engine in a 1994 NA8.
I bought an unused lightweight chromoly flywheel, that had been laying in a machine shop for a number of years.
There were 2x to choose from.
One had 5mm mounting post height and the other had 19mm mounting post height.
The dilemma, which one to choose.....I chose the 19mm, based on photos I'd seen on-line.
Before I split the bell housing....Does anyone know what the OEM mounting post height is??
Dependent on condition of the existing clutch, I may upgrade to Exedy Organic HD....so will need to know if it will fit.
Cheers.

I have a fidanza in perfect condition here that measures 19.6mm and a flogged stockie that measures 19.8mm.so it looks like you made the right choice.
