Nitro Dann S/S rear Muffler system.

I recently bought a bolt on Nitro Dann stainless steel rear muffler and pipes for my NB8A.
It arrived well boxed and incapable of moving. An Invoice and Nitro Dann sticker was also supplied. Welds and workmanship were exceptional to my unqualified eye and the bends were made with a mandrel and the pipes 54mm.

The muffler was wrapped in bubble wrap and the hangers caped with rubber protective tubing.

Nitro Dann has built over 100 sports systems for MX-5's. This muffler is a tried and true choice as he has used dozens of different brands and makes. The muffler is a S/S Xforce, unknown model.

This photo shows the Original NB muffler which was very heavy. A local sports exhaust that was removed, made up from a local exhaust shop with a Zetti Model 2101160071 muffler and chrome tip. The bling at the bottom right is the Nitro Dann system.

Installation took less time than removing the old rear system and was very easy.

The Zetti which I had removed, was noticeably louder than stock, quite bubbly and not intrusive under full throttle or while touring, even with the top down. The Xforce in this system had a deeper resonance and under full throttle added a nicer, sportier note without being louder.

I am very happy with this purchase.
