Why not just get something custom made in mild steel? With a locally made muffler from red back/lukey etc. it should be around $250 for cat back.

Dan's based in sydney, whereas i'm in melbourne.

Beside that, this project's on the backburner now, i just had a window regulator cable snap and my alternator belt is on the way out.
