Hi guys,
Got a weird metallic rasp when I accelerate, sounds like exhaust is hitting something or air is rushing out but it seems all clear down there. It's not a blocked cat cos I checked and the cat's fine.
It also does a choppy whoosh whoosh sound when I take my foot off the gas, it also sounds metallic and airy. I just fixed an exhaust leak so it can't be that. Maybe diff noises?

Possibly gearbox throw out bearing/deceleration noise.
Have you checked all the shielding around the cat and headers to see that they are not loose/firmly in place?
