Not saying this is causing the issue, just letting you know there are better priced alternatives.

How did you go with rectifying this?
Was it the o2 sensor in the end? (and did it throw any error codes?)

So basically I was looking in the right area, it was obvious it wasn't running on all 4 cyl.
Starting from of course checking connections to then replacing spark plugs.. No permanent fix, then to leads.. Paid retail for sadly, but I needed the car to get to and from work, and that had fixed the issue, the reason it was running rich was because of the faulty leads.
I'd suggest finding someone with working leads and seeing if the issue persists
