If you want to go back to stock call mx5plus in Brisbane, mx5mania or Deckspeed in Sydney. They are always putting on custom exhausts so there's a good chance they will have a stock one for you sitting around for next to nothing...or even free.

If you haven't got the system replaced yet, try A1 exhausts in Gatton opposite the lake on Western Drive. They were very helpful when I lost the rear muffler on my S14.
If you are willing to travel to Brisbane I would have to say the best exhaust shop I know is Phat Pipes at Lawnton, they do a lot of performance systems and will give you a quiet system that still flows well.
The pictures you had show a pretty roughly slapped together system, a good shop would do a much better and neater job.
