Hey guys... did a compression test on my NA6 today... got 145, 140, 145, 145... just wondering if thats good or not? (the engine has just clicked over 400000Ks)

It's really really good for an engine with 400,000kms. Congratulations. Good tough little motors, aren't they?

Mazda specifies standard compression of 192psi for a new NA6 engine, with maximum variation between cylinders of 28psi. Mazda's minimum spec is 135psi. So according to Mazda you're not needing new rings or valve seat work yet.
