Time for a new water pump?

little story... about a mth ago i drove my NA a bit hard and snaped 2 of the bolts on my water pump pully... it was wobbly but i had to drive it 5 mins to get it home and fixed it.... was doin fine but now it has started to wobble again (bolts are fine) and coolant has started to leak from the pump... time for a new one?
