K&N Typhoon just landed with a little Haynes manual as well! Joy! Lovely induction roar is just a day away!

AUD 210 delivered for book and intake via amazon if anyone is interested!

Roll on the weekend when it will get fitted and the little MX also gets a service!

That is all!

Curious to know, is there any sound difference between this and your standard pod filter?

I went from bone stock and recently had to go ack to stock for pink slip, took about 2 minutes to swap and will be swapping back this weekend.

At tick over no change, at normal driving no real discernible difference....hard acceleration, lovely roar! Yes it makes a difference to the sound! Only when you wnt it to though. Apparently its naughty in NSW to have an exposed airfilter in the engine bay but I am otherwise completely stock so doubt it would be noticable...it does not look like a car thats been modified. Well worth the $200 I paid new for it...must take a blingy picture when I put it back on.

Having swapped between the two I would say there is a noticable difference in its willingness to rev. Its one of those mods....it just makes it better!
