That sort of thing but you can make an equally good 2 hole version like that with a piece of angle iron and a grinder or a 4 hole one from sheet iron in less time than it takes to find and place a web order for one. Remember that often you won't need any of these, only when it's really stuck.

Well I don't know what its proper name is, but it is a short piece with a socket drive on one end, and another long piece hinged to the other end. The free end has a cap, to which a suitably sized hammer is applied. Easy peasy 8) :D
