NB VVT engine coil pin-out

Hi all,
I'm putting a VVT engine into my my NA(8), and about the last hurdle I've got is working out how I'm going to set up the ignition.
I"ve considered the option of using the NA8 coils and leads, but that isn't my preferred option because there is no easy place to mount the coils because of the VVT system and the plug leads don't actually fit the holes properly. Instead I'd like to wire in the factory COP system (I'm already using a megasquirt if that matters).

Can someone please tell me what the pin-out of the coils is - just wire colours from top to bottom would do, or even a picture of the wires coming out of the coil connectors. Mazda seem to be pretty consistent with their colours and functions. Actually, while you're at it I'd appreciate the same info for the VVT solenoid to check my info.
