gear boxes what other cars have ours?

I was wondering if anyone knows if the 5 speed and or 6 speed gear boxes from mx5's are common in any other cars?

I remember hearing or reading somewhere that the 6 speed was the same as in the s15 200sx - or the internals were anyway.

December 1997– AZ6 — 6-speed
Honda S2000, Mazda Miata/MX-5/Roadster, Mazda RX-8, Toyota Altezza/Lexus IS200
