Hi guys,
Just bought myself an SE [stock] and I'm looking to change the gearbox and Diff oil. I've seen Redline MT90 mentioned a few times for the gearbox but nothing mentioned for the diff. What oil's would you recommend?

Re: Gearbox and Diff Oil for SE
Read the manual.
the 6 speed box uses different oils to the 5 speed, and usually LSD diffs use different to an open diff.
so yeah, read the manual, it should have a section on oil grades needed, if the redline MT90 meets those grades, go for it.
also make sure to check what oil the diff uses. I'm not sure if it needs a special kind.

An open or the factory torsion are not picky at all with oil. It's only aftermarket clutch pack LSDs which need oil with an additive. I'd just use SIN 75 in the diff and lightweight shockproof in the gearbox. It was great in the stock NB box but probaly not as necessary in the SE. It's a much better 6 speed gearbox.

Thanks guys, I'll give the lightweight shockproof a go in the gearbox first.
