Hey guys,
For the purposes of comparing my new engine to my old one and so i can go and do a couple of accurate dyno runs, can somebody please list the gear ratios for both the 5 and 6 speed?
As some may know ive just swapped a 6 speed into my Na6 and i would like to do a few pulls to check AFR's but i might as well get a power readout while im at it.
Thanks a lot in advance,
Dann

5th is your new 4th (1:1 ratio).

5 speed and 6 speed gear ratios needed
Thanks,
I'd guessed that much, but are there any lists of the rest of the ratios?
Ive just done a hillclimb on the weekend and while i was at it i had a couple of rolling drags with my friends blown na8, he also seems to have a 4.3 diff, but he has a 5 speed. His car makes 130rwkw (manias optimistic dyno) but he could barely catch me from 70 kph onwards, and from a stand it was down to the launch. Dont get me wrong his car was faster but it seemed like there wasnt enough in it.
I also did some rolls with a stock engined, 4.3 diff 5 speed na6 (mine is an na6) and by the time we were out of third gear, his was so far behind that it was ridiculous. Considering the mods done to my car i think a lot of this must come from the drivetrain?
Thanks,
Dann
