Can you post which throwout bearing part # you used?

Could everyone who has changed their throwout bearing list the part number & brand, plus clutch and pressure plate they are using?

I ordered a 99 throwout bearing from Mazda and they supplied the wrong bearing for my pressure plate. This is probably a good database to have.

Pilot bearing?

6202ZZC3 NTN brand, is what CBC list for a NB MX5.

Pretty sure all the pilot bearings are the same at least on the NA and NB.

As for the throwout bearing, Mazda list the same bearing for 1989-2005 but I think it's an error, or at least not compatible with some pressure plate/clutch combos.

ah, Thrust bearing :lol:

this is what is listed for all NA/NB's FCR44-32-2 NTN brand. I am using one of these with a ORC hyper single clutch, pressure plate and flywheel combo.
