Check out "mikesplacebiz" on you tube and the other vids he refers you to. Shows all types of pulley configs and torque settings which you must get right as they are totally different for the bolt size.

You must have a new bolt anyway. They are unforunately a one-use bolt.


Yeah your right. I was getting confused!

I also just realised that the torque wrench i bought only goes up to 110 foot pounds! (150Nm) and i need to torque the pulley bolt to 120pounds!! DOH! I spent so long deciding what torque wrench to get, Im so annoyed at myself!
