My mate had one of those ebay jobs on his NB8B, he said he couldn't tell the difference and took it off.

a stock or near stock NA engine should not be moving much at all on its mounts so its a redundant mod. If you have bulk power, then that may well be a different story. My Falcon has 300rwkw and could do with one of these as you can feel the twist in the driveline when it torques up.
