"Just one other point though, I noticed that the specified lash settings are shown as 0.00000. Please check whether the proposed cams are for hydraulic lifters or solid lifters as solids would normally have a specified valve lash. The 99 has solid lifters."

also mxhevan can you please check if the inlet cam has these red dooyes pictured

i was also concerned about this, but i have been advised that these work in the NB8A head.
PM Fra66l memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=127 for more information, he had these cams designed for his N8BA, i have told you everything i know. As i have told you earlier, he is also located in QLD, i advise you get in contact with him.

also no the toda cam gears do not have the red dots on them, those apear to be stickers or little blobs purposely placed there.

If you look closely you will notice that the bolts are in the same spot, the ones you are about to purchase, one cam gear has more bolts on it then the other, these are there so the CAS can read the movement of the cams.

The camgears i have purchased ARE for the NB models, the NA model cam gears DO NOT have more bolts on one camgear then the other.

As you can see in that picture, those apear to be designed for an NA but has somehow been adapted to work with the nb, buy the right parts first i say!
