Stock NA6
Car was running fine, quarter of a tank fuel, filled up at local Shell station, not my usual servo normally use Caltex.
Drove out and about 500 metres up the road started to misfire under load.
Could it be?
Dirty fuel
How quick would a spark plug or lead die
Any other ideas

Keep using the Caltex. Sounds like Shell servos are still afflicted with dodgy or fake batches in Melbourne.

What Bruce said.

I had a lead die going through a roundabout in my friends NA6 once. Car was going fine, stopped to give way at the roundabout, went to drive off from the roundabout and the car was missing like a dog. Drove straight to the autoparts store and replaced the leads....fixed.
