Not meany people here have an import, which is what yours obviously is.

I believe the light is for (a failing of) the cat heater that the Jap cars got. I believe it can be tricked with a resistor or something, but don't quote me.

Pull the Instument cluster out and remove the offending light bulb
no harm will come from this

I have an import and simply removed the plug from just after the cat. The exhaust shop then filled the hole by simply placing a bolt in it. I havent seen the light since.
