kool piccies trader, i'm not really fussed about the canister, i have a nice array of blue silicone coming out of it (what does that canister do anyway?), i'm more intrested in hiding the wires going to the headlights, radiator, and running around the rocker cover. just curious if any of it is possible without soldering new wires, maybe just cutting the wrap and shifting all the wires into the guard?

No worries on that score Crocaine. You unplug the wires at the connectors, remove the radiator overflow tank and electric gizmo box (mine has that sheet of alloy over it) and run the cables behind them. From memory its a tight fit around the motor tha lifts the lights. You can see in the picture the extra length of vacuum tubing to go to the motor (over the brake brace). replug the connectors.
