You would have to have a manifold that would except a T3 flange. All avo manifolds and sp motorsport manifolds are T2 flange which except the T25/T28 Garrett turbos from SR20 motors ect.

Id say a SP motorsport manifold with a addaptor plate made to get it from T2 to T3 would have to me machined. Then the dump pipe that sp motorsport make would have to be modifiyed or a custom one made.

In my opinion I would sell the turbo, Look for a T28 turbo. Then the manifolds all bolt up, so do dump pipes making life easier. Unless you wanted to make a custom manifold and dump pipe ect...

Hope that helps.

that turbo will be sweet for the 1.8, i'm running the r32 turbo on my 1.6 and it spools up pretty well. Full 9-10psi by 3.5k rpm. The 33 turbo is a little bigger than the 32 and i belive is rated at 50hp more. The only thing is the series 2 turbos have a ceramic rear with a plastic front so its not recomended you boost them past the stock 10psi. Because its got such light components it should spool a little quicker than my turbo on my car (your extra 200cc helping out too).

Oh yea i'm also running a set of 264deg HKS cams but they havent been dialed in yet so i'm not sure if they are helping much with spool time.
