Will a SE aircondition fit on a NA8?

Does anyone know if the air con off an SE will fit on a NA8.....is the compressor the same....could i just get the different plumbing and fit it to the se airconditioner?
Then - '92 White NA6- '89 Red NA6- '96 BRG LE NA8- '95 Laguna '91 Italia No:42 NA6
Now - Looking for a nice NA

You could also have problems with the evaporator as well as the condensor bracketry seeing as they changed the dash and the front section of the body in the change from NA to NB.

Do you just want to replace the compressor? Or do you want to fit the whole system?

You could get away with fitting the SE compressor (you will need the adaptor plate that bolts to the block). The lines from the compressor to the condensor will have to be adapted though. You get the benefit of a new R134a compressor then (it will actually blow cold air) - I was actually thinking of doing that myself... :)

If you want to fit the whole system you might be out of luck as nothing is going to fit...

Yes, i was looking to purchase an entire system off an SE.... i might give it a miss- it sounds like an impossible task :cry:
