pull off ignition leads (only at the pug end, not at the coil or you'll forget which one goes where)

with 5/8\" spark plug socket on an extension, unscrew old plug and remove.

Grab new NGKs, insert into socket. insert socket into well.

Turn backwards (anticlockwise) until you hear it click. Then screw in finger tight.

Tension a further 1/4-2/3 of a turn (IIRC) with the socket handle. (it's written on the box)

Optionally you can put a dab of antisieze on the threads, but be careful not to get it on the electrodes.

Reconnect leads.

For the NB8B and later models you will need to undo and remove the coils which sit on top of the plugs. Nothing too hard. Also an idea to check your gaps just in case the plugs have been \"adjusted\" since leaving the factory. 8)

Going by memory, I think my Iridiums specified +1/3 to +2/3 on the box itself. Check the packaging on your own plugs.

I put a small dab of oil on the thread as well. Help getting them in and out later.

cheers

It doesn't "click" as such - just turn it till you get some nice solid resistance, then tighten to spec as it says on the box.

You'll know what I mean when you try it 8).
