Hi. I am 193cm tall and barely fit in my NC hardtop with the roof up. Is it possible to lower the drivers seat any further than its lowest setting on the height adjustment? It might be my imagination but the passenger seat looks lower than the drivers seat. This doesn’t have the height adjuster. Can the seats be swapped or can anyone suggest the best course of action

The traditional way of lowering seats in NAs and NBs is the foamectomy. I don't know if it's been tried on NCs, but at least it's worth googling it.

Do you still need the fore/aft adjustment? If not then removing the runners and mounting the seat directly to the floor can give precious cms...

Yep check that link above, it does lower the seat base a tad.
NC1 seats sit lower also, could be another path to head down also
