Hi, just wondering. Do these fit standard rails?
I read mixed guidance that you only need to drill 2 extra holes others say that you need to make a bracket as the seats don't line up.
Can anyone please shed some light.

You either need to adapt 2 holes on the track to make the seat to fit or you can buy adaptor rails from Jass Performance in the UK.

If it's just the drivers side then you can redrill the rails to make them fit, but if you're doing the passengers side as well, then definitely go with the Jass Performance adapters.

Driver's side (australia) jsut needs a pair of extra holes.
Passenger side rails are narrower from memory, so will need either adapter brackets made, or separate ones purchased.
Note that with the NB8A (and presumably 8B as well) the seatbelt bracket may be in the way.
while I didnt have sprint Vs in my car, I did previously have an OBX seat of similar dimensions (maybe a bit wider than a sprint), and it required me having to bend the bracket a good bit to alloy it to fit.
My current Mazdaspeed seat required me to cut the bracket off all together and mount an NA receiver to the tunnel (with an appropriate high tensile spreader plate etc)

My Sparco Sprint V bolted straight onto drivers side in my NB8B.
My passenger side rails didn't line up, so I drew up this adapter plate and my mate cut and drilled it for me out of flat bar steel.
The double circles represent countersunk bolt holes so that you can bolt the plates to the seat first, with the bolts going upwards
