Follows on from the broken drivers window on the SP.
When I pulled it apart this pulley was the final reason for the window not moving. I think that the thickened grease finally put too much pressure on the pulley which togethe with 15 years age was too much.

My old 1989 NA6 window cables went in 1997 (driver side) & 1998 (passenger side), so the plastic pulleys were still ok 20 years ago, but I imagine by now they could be getting brittle. Previous posts: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=53999&start=2745
