Forum sponsor "beavis" has these printed PLA solid door bushes for $29 - beavismotorsport.com - which is a good price.
I have the GarageStar delrin bushes from a group buy quite a while ago and they do a great job, though mine did require some modification to fit properly, and they do require a certain amount of extra force to close the doors.
