The easy way to remove tree sap

Hi.
A friend rang me last night has just spent most of yesterday trying to remove tree sap from his pride and joy using a variety of chemicals with no result.
This is the way to remove.
You need a bucket with a squirt of washing up liquid, boiling water (no it won,t affect you paint) a sponge, rubber gloves and you garden hose.
Tree sap is basically a wax and as you know when you light a candle the flame melts the wax.
Mix boiling water and liquid in bucket have you garden hose running apply water/liquid to panel and immediately hose it off. The washing up liquid is the medium which carries the wax of the panel.
This is the only inexpensive way to remove tree sap. My friend rang a while ago and tree sap removed using the above.
