I've seen some sort of vinyl wrap put on the inside of a Miata (pictures attached) and I really want to do this but I cannot find out where to get the cut outs from. Does anybody know? I have a red 1999 mx5 and I want red vinyl. If you look at this video
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=3jjsf03nmDQ , reby Sky does in the first part

Like this? (I can't believe I just spent ten minutes searching for that!)
They are out there, but no going to lie... there are much nicer ways to improve the look of your interior than a bunch of stickers.

as slug dub said, they're all over ebay.
But I would really suggest you not bother, pretty much every car i've seen with them looks crap.
You can often see the edges, which means it looks obviously like a sticker, and over time they often fade or bubble and end up looking worse.
You're actually much better off painting the parts, as it removes the edge issue. But if it's a part that get touched often the paint will eventually wear through.
Basically, go for it if you want, but be prepared to have to replace it as it ages.

In principle there is nothing wrong with the concept of having die cut decals. A good quality decal will last a very long time. Its true that some items can also be simply painted with a spray can but not everyone wants to go down that track. The NB interior is pretty drab i.e. all black so some uplifts done tastefully or least ones own idea of tasteful makes sense.

I vinyl wrapped mine previously but the movement of the console does cause some edges crease and peel off.
