Window not going right down

The passenger side window on my 2002 stays up about 20mm instead of going right down level with the door top. Is this hard to fix i.e. involving ripping out door lining etc?

The door trims are quite easy to remove.
Theres 2 popper clips on the end near the body latch, and one near the quarter window glass.
There 2 screws to remove inside the handle and one that holds the plastic cover on the door release handle.
Then gently but firmly pull the door card from the bottom towards you to pop it off then lift it out from the top.

If there isnt anything obstructing the window runners/glass, try lubricating the two runners.
One of my auto windows kept stopping and it was grinding on the runners. Sprayed a heap of lithium grease into the runners and it slides up and down smoothly and much much faster now too.

Ok thanks for the advice. There was a block of hard white foam that had fallen under the glass stopping the last bit of travel.
Removed that and lubed everything that moves, so hopefully another 13 years of life in it now.
Cheers
