Hi all,
I'm about to embark on a few spot repairs on one of my other cars.
As I'm not too fussed about it, I'll be sanding the area back, body filling, primering and then paint coat. I'll just be using spray cans.
However, the car has a pearl coat on top, and I think without knowing exactly what pearl it is, I will have a hard time getting something that 100% matches.
Instead I was thinking of getting some clear.
Any thoughts or advice? I'll just be using off the shelf products.
Cheers
Kevin

If its a part of the stock color it will be in the paint code, which you can just a body shop can make you a rattle can you can use.
Just take it to a body shop and ask what kind of paint it is?
Might be the easiest solution.
