NC Grille replacement

Hey guys,
I had a piece of gip rock on the road that came off a truck whack the fornt of the car. Most annoying, caused scratching and broke the front grille.
Anyway, to add insult to injury I'm selling the car at the moment as well, so I need to get it fixed quickly.
I've found a grille on ebay for a 05-08 NC. Mine is a '10 model.
Is there any way this grille would fit my car? It appears very hard to get a grill for my car for resale. Would anyone have any recommendations where I could look for one without paying exorbitant Mazda prices for OEM new?

Short answer, No a 2008 grill will not fit your 2010.
Not even close.

How does any body shop get parts for a car? Someone like MX5 factory will know where to source and why not just go to Mazda. For a late model car ie 2010 it seems unlikely that a grille is not available.

Mr M,
The OP states 'Anyway, to add insult to injury I'm selling the car at the moment as well, so I need to get it fixed quickly'. and it may well be that Mazda cannot meet his timeframe or more to the point, he may not be able to meet the cost (new).
Greg.

Okay, here's another cheaper option.
If I purchase a chrome grille for the car from Ebay like this one:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/09-11-2011-M ... 246&_uhb=1Does anyone know if something like this can be easily fitted by the mechanic while he has the front bumper off for repair?

Looking at it, you'll want to remove the front bumper. You can do that yourself and save yourself a few hundred dollars of labor.
