Hi,
I have noticed a number of places in the U.K. sell a front number plate plinth. Has anyone bought one of these? I have had some lovely person reverse into my car and the plate mounting bolts have punched two holes in the bumper.A plinth may be the answer to avoiding this problem in the future. Any comments?
Cheers -

Re: Number plate plinth
Problem would be the AU plate size compared to UK/EU.
Can't say I've seen one fitted here but someone may have tried it.

Re: Number plate plinth
I have used the plinth from a 2006 Toyota Camry.
Needs a little bit of massaging but the end result is good.
It covers the holes made by the old number plate bolts and it can't happen again.
If I remember correctly it was only about $25 from the Toyota dealer.

Re: Number plate plinth
NA front number plate bracket can be inverted to avoid this, but OP says elsewhere they have a 2002 Titanium NB8B. Might be possible to also invert the NB bracket, but in OP's case that might not be the WTG given they have an MP-62 SC fitted.
Another option is to fit a piece of clear rubber pipe over the protruding end of each bolt, or simply cut of the protruding bolt ends & pad what's left.
