NA6 - window rubber "walking" upwards

Hi, the window rubber on drivers side of my NA6 is slowly walking up the window channel and there is no way to get it to go down, save removing the window. which is a messy job as goop used to secure the plastic seel behind the door card wants to get into everything.
But I guess I'll have to give in and do it.....are these rubbers still available? I have checked out a few websites but I am not too sure they are selling the item I am after. It is basically a length of rubber with a channel in it, and a hood to go over top of quarter window.
I was checking out some NA cars at Bits N Bling yesterday and couldn't find any with the same issue.
