Does it need to be an FIA seat? FIA regs make lots of seats side mount, some have both (Sprint V but that is steel framed). CAMS dont require you to have an FIA seat anyway.
Any reason for wanting fibreglass?
If you are looking for super light that will fit in an MX5 and have money to burn some of these are bottom mounted...

Mitch,
My sparco ultra is both bottom and side mount. It's mounted on my oem rails using bottom mounts.
They aren't overly expensive, just under 800 dollars. A little more comfortable than the sprints.

That's why I want fibreglass; after trying the EVO, which didn't fit my car, I don't think I could ever go back to a tubular seat!!
Sailaholic, I looked into Velo but I didn't really like the look of their seats, and they didn't look too comfortable either.

Seats are like shoes. You really need to go and sit in as many as you can to see what works for you, then you can narrow it down to what you can afford and what fits in the car.
Also look at the Ultrashield Spec Miata alumium seat and the Kirkey range.
