Any good wheel painters to be recommended? I'm looking to have some factory alloys painted , would like something durable, as badly / and or detriorated paint on wheels looks awful.

Any good crash repairer would be able to do it for you. A mate had his WRX rims done black about 6 months ago. They look fantastic and have proved durable over this time. My Daisy rims are next. I did them myself and whilst they look respectable (and better than they did) it couldn't hurt to have them squirted by a professional.

IMO for the best most durable result go powder coating , plenty in Yellow Pages.

Be wary of powdercoating rims, you may affect their structural integrity: http://www.flyinmiata.com/projects/targa/TargaBuild.php?UID=135

Yeah same, I'd like to find out more on this too. I powder coated a set of rims way back and gave them hell. No cracks or anything so who knows.

It is alot cheaper to DIY. Currently waiting for top coat on my OEM rims to dry, did the back two rims first and they've been good for the first month...
