NC SE? You mean LE right...?
Eitherway, I dont think you'll be able to source anything local other than paying through you eyeballs for a Mazda OEM kit from a Mazda dealer.
My suggestion would be to do some window shopping online on Japanese sites and then talk with someone like Dan (rupewrect on this forum) who can import the parts over with minimal fuss.
Don't expec much change from $2000 though if you are looking at a full body kit (ie 4-5 parts depending on whether you have a spoiler)

unless you have 5 figures to spend I would steer clear of custom bodykits. Unless you can afford to pay someone to design, mold and make the parts its going to end up a mish mash of cheap stock copy parts from china and some shitty chop fibreglass and a sh*t load of bog.
buy pre made body kit parts. they will fit better and not have 50kgs of bog on them. not to mention crack once you paint them.
shipping will cost a fortune though.

There are so many good kits from Japan already, it doesn't make sense to reinvent the wheel unless you have a specific need in mind that can't be met with existing kits. Shipping out of Japan is the killer though. My front lip cost $700 odd in shipping alone as they tend to charge by volume rather than weight. Could have nearly flown there and back for that money....
Brian Goodwin has some nice bits and his shipping rates are pretty good.

im thinkin of the BOMEX kit, with front bumper side skirts and back bumper but those seperate parts from japanparts.com is going to cost around 2.1k without painting and fitting and thats damn expensive
have to get exhaust and intake first + pay for insurance and stamp duty

shipping rates are not the same on all routes - Japan was known in the past as an expensive corridor. Airfreight is worked out on a volumetric formulae and you pay whatever is higher eg a brick compared to a bag of feathers.

From my extensive research on bodykits for nc. No one in Australia stock any sort of jdm genuine bodykits. If they do, they will charge a higher price to you buying from japan and then shipping it over.
Please buy it. I would really love to see someones nc with that kit in Australia. The kit will cost 20% of what your car is worth though.
