any-one removed the rear plastic bar on the nb model ?

hi
has any member ever removed the rear bar on the nb mx5. just wondering if you have to remove the 8 bolts located in two banks of 4 on either side.

talking about the windblocker??

yeah its just 8 bolts from memory
MY07 NC, Mazdaspeed Body, Ohlins, Full GWR Exhaust, 17x9 RPF1's, 4.1FGR and lots lots more

If you mean the rear bumper / trim, then yes you have to remove to 8 big bolts, as well as the inner guard liners. Pretty easy job, but look out for the big aluminium bar behind it, assuming yours has one.

just the large plastic bumper shell that covers the rear bumper.
