Hazard button replacement?

Hey guys. Just bought my first MX-5 ( viewtopic.php?f=57&t=47121 ).

Question:
My hazard light button needs replacing. It's all faded and awful.
Is it possible to just replace the plastic button itself or does the whole button/popup assembly need to be bought?
£80 seems like a lot for a one small button...

lol, faded button.

My car has no carpet, radio, console, fan, heater, wipers, windows.

Lol.

=D

Sounds undriveable, Dann!

I've been relying on my unreliable 3 speed auto '76 Golf with no heater for the last month. So it's time for a little luxury :)

And also thanks for the tip Mr Morlock.

Sounds exciting, but I don't get it, how is it a daily driver without wipers or windows?

You just need to man up and deal with it.

No wipers sounds interesting. Don't do much driving in the rain at speed at highway speeds?

I put one on if im going away. 1.6 naturally aspirated that pulls away from v8's daily. Worth it.

Oh and Inksta. Try MX5plus in Brisbane. Always has plenty of parts and for a great price.

To be honest i keep the drivers side on day to day. Off for track days, but it really doesnt have a fan or carpet radio etc. Not even inner guards or the plastic covers that go around the headlights. Normally no bonnet support orwasher bottle too. Washers are NOT a nsw roadworthy requirement.
