hi all,
just a quick one. my left pop up head light is not aligned right when it is in the down possition. the front is level and flush but the back of the unit is lower then the bonnet behide it. hope this makes sense. (included photo for help). how do i lift the back of the unit up to make it flush alround like the drivers side??

push the button in the middle console to open the barn doors
remove the black plastic surround from the headlight (3 screws i think)
this gives you access to screws that secure the headlight cover. adjust and test as necessary before refitting the plastic surround.
if the adjustment is minor you can just pop the bonnet, grab the rear edge of the cover and give it a gentle tug.

There is a quicker and easier solution that removing the entire headlight shroud. No tools necessary - just your hands.
Pop the bonnet up and simply lift and/or push the side of the headlight lids that is not aligned with the bonnet. Make sure the bonnet alignment is correct in the first place. You'll know it is if the level of both sides of the bonnet is the same height as both left and right front guards.
The lids are made out of aluminium so it does not take any effort at all to change their height. And looking at the photo, it will be a snap to align.
BIGGEST TIP: Small movements (ie. lift or push down a little at a time). Don't use too much force.
