nc to na tail light conversion. has it been done?

hey guys i have an na mx5 and wondering if anyone has seen or heard of someone retrofitting the nc tail lights.

if you are after that clear light look

you can get ones already made for the NA

that would be the easiest :)
MY07 NC, Mazdaspeed Body, Ohlins, Full GWR Exhaust, 17x9 RPF1's, 4.1FGR and lots lots more

my guess is that NC and NA will not be interchangeable ie different panels. An OEM NC rear combination lamp will be an relatively expensive item.
