NA6 Hardtop fitment onto NB SE?

Hi guys,

I tried the search function but keep getting hits for roll bar problems and hardtops for sale ... If any search gurus find another topic please link me to it! but be kind.. :oops:

I've always thought it would but I was just looking for someone to confirm that the hardtop on my NA6 will be a direct fit onto an NB SE? :?:

FWIW, NB8B hardtop on an NA8 here.

There is a thread around somewhere but basically there are only minor differences between the hard tops from different models. Don't ask me when they came in but the NA6 ones have no demister and no hood lining, somewhere along the line both got added.

Morale of the story was any NA/NB hardtop will fit on any NA/NB. Don't try it with an NC.

I completely forgot to look there! I'll have a good read of it.

It seems based on Jeo's comments I at least have a later model top, mine has liner and demister.. and tint now.
it seems like it should drop on but will check the latches, these may have to be changed based on miata.net notes.
