Will these seats fit in my 5?

Hi all,
Used to have a 94 Honda CRX and these were to me some of the best seats I've ever sat in. I've got a mate who is looking to replace his with another brand and he has offered them to me nice and cheap. Will they fit in the MX5? I understand some rail modifications might be needed.
